  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 16 full sheets)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 1/2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare Pan:
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

  2. Make the Dough Base:
    In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.

  3. Add Dry Ingredients:
    In a separate bowl, combine the flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until a soft dough forms.

  4. Assemble the Layers:
    Press about two-thirds of the dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the dough layer, followed by the mini marshmallows.

  5. Top with Crumble:
    Crumble the remaining dough over the marshmallow layer, leaving some marshmallow and chocolate exposed for that classic s’mores look.

  6. Bake:
    Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the marshmallows are slightly toasted.

  7. Cool and Serve:
    Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares. Cooling helps them set for cleaner slices. Enjoy the gooey, chocolaty goodness!
