Instructions
- Whisk Wet Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.

- Incorporate Dry Ingredients: Sift in flour and baking powder. Gently fold into the wet mixture.
- Let Batter Rest: Allow the batter to sit for 5–7 minutes. Preheat and grease your waffle iron.
- Cook the Waffles: Pour ~½ cup batter per waffle into the iron. Cook 3–5 minutes until golden and crisp.
